The production process
From receipt of the request to the construction of the machinery.
The company normally works in support of customers from technical consulting, to the study / designing of machinery, to the search for finishing products, to production tests and to the finalization of the finished product.
If the customer comes from areas which are different from Italy, we look for the products from local producers, we study them and test them (to help the customer finding competitive prices and high availability of products).
- We receive the request and set up a meeting with the client.
- The customer presents samples or a basic idea and our study of the request begins.
- Initial test with a machinery in our laboratory (first product test).
- Design of the machinery and estimated initial cost including production report for the various yarn thickness.
- Second meeting with the customer for the final set-up of the machinery (choosing the best possible production cost).
- Implementation of the machinery and production (and the necessary chemicals) test before the delivery to the customer .
- Shipping, on-site installation of the machinery and training of the interested staff.
